Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, at any point in the process.Commissions are not First Come, First Served.I reserve the right to showcase the finished rig on my pages, with credit provided.Price includes commercial rights for individuals. Commercial rights exclude resale of the rigged model.I will not give a final quote prior to finished, rig-ready art being available. Model Art using AI generated art will not be considered.Commissioners must be 18 or older. I will not take on models that are children or seem childlike.50% of the Total Price is due once I have finished checking the model art and begin rigging. Once work has started, refunds will not be provided. If I cancel a commission, a refund will be provided, if applicable.Once the commission is complete, you must credit me in your social media pages as your model's rigger.

Process

Turnaround time will vary, but I estimate it will be around 2-3 months. This is not a definitive time frame, and if there is a specific deadline you must meet, we can discuss that.Updates will be provided periodically via email, including text descriptions and videos or images of progress.Once the model is completed, I will accept the second payment, and will send the model to you. After that is sent, I will continue working to address errors in the model that either you or I find, and support you in ensuring the model is performing to your expectations for debut.Additionally, when sending the model to you, we will schedule a "fitting" where I help fine-tune the model to your tracking setup and help you get the most out of your model.Minor revisions and error fixes are accepted through the process at no charge. Two major revisions are accepted in the base price. Beyond that, they must be discussed and a fee will be added, depending on the complexity or number of revisions. Revisions are accepted up until 1 month after final delivery.I presently accept payment by Paypal, but other options can be discussed if need be.
